Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged. 

  • Product received is defective. 

  • Incorrect product delivered. 

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order products 

  • Customized products 

  • Altered garments 

  • Products purchased during final sale or promotional events 

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling after delivery 

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests may be considered subject to:

  • Product availability 

  • Approval by our quality team 

  • Product being unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact 

Reporting an Issue

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number 

  • Description of issue 

  • Clear photographs of product and packaging 

Inspection & Approval

All returned or exchanged products will undergo quality inspection before approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable.
